Charterhouse Club offers an extensive range of group exercise classes throughout the day to cater for men, women and juniors, with different requirements, abilities and fitness levels.
Why not try Studio Cycling on our revolutionary Keiser bikes. These are equipped with their own monitor to take group cycling to a whole new level enabling participants to reach new fitness heights. Charterhouse Club is one of the few facilities in the local area offering Concept 2 Crew rowing enabling you to experience the feeling of rowing as part of a crew in a class situation.
Our class timetable is jam packed with a range of exciting classes all designed to suit a variety of ages and fitness levels including classes such as Cardio Dance, Zumba and Latin Fever aerobic dance, Body pump for those who like to lift weights to gain strength and endurance, right through to lower intensity activities like Water Fitness, Balance and Pilates.
